What it mean to be a Trusted Real Estate Professional Part 1

This was a successful sale in Castor Gardens 19111

The seller had her home listed over a year ago in Phila Pa  the Castor Gardens section and thought her home was sold.The sale never took place.She listed her home with several other brokers since then and could not sell her home.I had been referred to her by her neighbor ;but she still would not let me sell her house.Her neighbor was a past client of mine and he trusted me as a Real Estate Professional  to look out for her.I had sold him his first house over 25 years ago and he was one of my very first clients.

I had listed his home and sold it in 8 days.She called me up to tell me someone had stole my sign.When I told her the the house was sold she was shocked. She wanted to wait to sell her house; but was now willing to let me sell it for her.Now I had gained her trust.

We finally listed her house in the spring.The seller is a lovely woman and I became very fond of her. We found buyers and today went to settlement. She was very lucky to get the exact apartment that she was going to rent a year ago when her home sale fell apart. The woman who had rented it was  moving. Everything was falling into place.

The buyers were lovely people and very accommodating.The cooperating agent Weng Huang from C21 Target RE Phila Pa.Weng was wonderful to work with.This was a winning team even the mortgage broker Helen Chang was terrific and met all the dates.In Pennsylvania time is of the essence on the contracts. 

The seller was very nervous having had one sale fall apart.Everyone involved was very understanding of this situation and considerate.They even let her stay in the home an extra day.The seller left them some furniture and everyone was happy!

This was a day that made me very proud to be a trusted Real Estate Professional and when we knew the money was wired ; I turned a round to the seller and said "your house is sold "I had tears of Joy in my Eyes..

This it what it means to be be a trusted Real Estate Professional.To get the job done.To make people happy and smile.To make a house a home. To feel good inside after the job is done.

Two Garbage Bags   

 A little old lady is walking down the street dragging two
 large plastic garbage bags behind her.

 
 One of the bags rips, and every once in a while a $20
 bill falls  out onto the sidewalk.  Noticing this, a
 policeman stops her, and
 says,  'Ma'am, there are $20 bills falling out of
 your bag.'

 
 'Oh, really?   Darn!' says the little old lady.
  'I'd better go back, and see
 if I can  find them.  Thanks for telling me..'

 
 'Well, now, not so  fast,' says the cop.
  'How did you get all that money?'
 'You didn't steal  it, did you?'   

 'Oh, no', says the  little old lady.  'You
 see, my back yard is right next to
 the football  stadium parking lo t.  On game days, a lot
 of fans come and pee
 through  the fence into my flower garden.  So, I stand
 behind the fence with
 my  hedge clippers.  Each time some guy sticks his thing
 through the fence, I   say, '$20 or off it comes.'

 
 'Well, that seems  only fair.' laughs the cop..
  OK?  Good luck!  Oh, by the
 way,  what's in the other bag?'  
 'Well, you know',  says the little old lady,
 'not everybody pays.'

Delaire Landing Condominiums 19114 has new residents. Another successful transaction thanks to Citizens Bank and Domenic Mannello my trusted mortgage banker.He always gets the job done and on time.I rarely use anyone else.In my book he is the best.We have worked together for more than 18 years .Domenic Mannello has never let me down.

Bella Hair & Nail Salon located in the Torresdale section of Phila Pa 19114. A favorite place of many of us in my Re/Max office.We like to get pampered here. Have our  nails done or a wonderful pedicure. The ladies here at Belle really know how to pamper your feet when you get a pedicure.The chairs at Belle Nail Salon are amazing they vibrate and give you a massage while your feet are also being soaked and massaged .What a way to relieve stress and look pretty at the same time as they apply your favorite color polish.

Belle Hair & Nail Salon has a fabulous colorist and hair stylist. They are new to the area;but seem to be getting a regular following. I see the same people come back and are very pleased. Some of the women in my office are now using him and look very chic.

Tony's Place Tomato Pies at its best. Philadelphia is known for its fabulous Tomato Pies.It is a thin homemade dough crusty pizza with home made sauce with a small amount of cheese. It is the best. If you have never tasted a tomato pie this is the place to go.

Tony's is a friendly neighborhood bar & restaurant with a friendly atmosphere.Tony's Place is also famous for their spaghetti  and meatballs at more than reasonable  prices. The service is warm,friendly and you always get a smile.

Tony's place has a wonderful menu with something for everyone including the kids.Their desserts are to die for..

Monday and Wednesday night is half price Tomato Pie so a large pie is under $4 and how delicious it is! You will always meet a friend or neighbor at Tony's Place,maybe even a client or two..

Place One is located in Bensalem Pa.19020  A favorite eating spot for the residents of Delaire Landing Condominiums.  I had no problem finding friends to come with me to eat here.There are plenty of local Bensalem residents there also.My old home town. Actually you could walk to Bensalem Pa.from Delaire Landing Condo but it would be quite a walk to this restaurant.I would suggest driving.

Place One has  tantalizing choices of either "Thai Food or Chinese Food" both served and cooked with artistic perfection.The selections we chose were:

• Amazing Shrimp(Chinese)

     

• Birds Nest (Chinese)

• Pad Thai  (Thai)

    Place One has a beautiful,friendly,atmosphere and wonderful service.Once you have eaten there you will go back again and again to this appetizing world of Thai and Chinese Cuisine. You will Love  Place One!
