Tragic Duck Boat Accident Delaware River Phila Pa .
 Phila Pa has a popular tourist boat called "Duck Boat" today there was a tragic accident when a 800 foot barge hit the duck boat in about 10 foot of water at about 2:30 pm this afternoon.

The "duck boat" was said to have had to have had a fire on board and was disabled and stuck on the water .There were 37 people on board the boat it is believed they were all tourists .Two people are missing a twenty year old and a sixteen year old.There are two Coast Guard boats rescuing people from the amphibious "duck boat " when it was struck,with police and fire crews assisting.There was no reports of serious injuries.

There are two people missing.The Phila divers are searching for the boat and survivors.
The Port of Philadelphia closed the river to all traffic between the Walt Whitman and Ben Franklin Bridges.

Heat Wave ! Stay Cool By the Pool! Phila Pa 19114. It has been so hot it has been difficult to think. the best time to show homes is in the early mornings . Sellers have to be aware that it is best to have the A/C on.

There is nothing worse than showing vacant homes with no A/C on in a heat wave.I have been advising my sellers to leave the air on. In my humble opinion it is just as bad as showing a home that is unkept and dirty. If the buyers are uncomfortable when they walk in the home they are not going to buy it.Sellers should have their A/C  on in their homes even when not home. Keep it cool in a heat wave.

Phila Pa 19114 temperatures have been record breaking in the high 90's.With the humidity it felt like 100 degrees.  A Great way to beat the heat is by the pool. Stay cool especially senior citizens. Check on your senior neighbors in Heat waves.

Delaire Landing condo residents enjoy Waterfront Views at Pool. This weekend is sure to be another great weekend at Delaire Landing condominiums by the pool.The weather report " hot and in the 90's with low humidity". What a better way to spend your weekend then sitting by the pool.

Delaire Landing condo residents also enjoy each other.The views are spectacular;but there is nothing like wonderful conversation with good friends and neighbors.

LADIES!!! Remember...a layer of dust protects the Wood beneath it.

A house becomes a home when you can write
 'I love you' on the furniture.

I used to spend at least 8 hours every weekend making sure things were just perfect -
in case someone came over.
Finally I realized one day that no one came over;
they were all out living life and having fun!

NOW, when people visit,

I don't have to explain the 'condition’ of my home
They are more interested in hearing about the things
I've been doing while I was away living life and having fun.
If you haven't figured this out yet, please heed this advice.

Life is short. Enjoy it!

Dust if you must .......
but wouldn't it be better to paint a picture
or write a letter, bake cookies or a cake

and lick the spoon or plant a seed,
ponder the difference between want and need?

with soda to drink , rivers to swim and mountains to climb,
 music to hear and books to read, friends to cherish and life to lead.

old age will come and it's not kind.

The Studio is located in Bensalem in the Eddington section .The recital is held in Philadelphia  the NE section at the Jewish Y at  Red Lion Rd.
