There is only one Sold/Closed Single in the Last thirty Days with an attached garage

It is my professional opinion you will continue to see a slight rise in prices in the year 2019 in the Feasterville Trevose area . Last year in January the sale prices were lower posted by Bright MLS . This is good news .Especially for houses that have been updated and upgraded . Good news for those planning to put their houses on the market . Inventory is low and this time of year is the best time of year to sell -not spring . Spring market there is much more competition . I believe you do get better prices this time of year ..
There is also a high demand for the older homes . I have sold quite a few houses that were in original condition and sold in "as is condition ". These houses did not last . There are many younger people who are handy and can upgrade themselves These are the homes th at Mom or Dad have lived in and just never updated maybe Grand-pop or Grand-mom lived there . I think you get my drift . Rather then fixing it up just clean it out . I can easily do the rest . If you cannot find the energy to clean it out I have people that can do that
The Feasterville Trevose area is located right outside of Northeast Philadelphia area . Feasterville Trevose is conveniently located just minutes from the entrance of the Pa turnpike . The Septa Train Station is also close by for those who need to travel . You have the convenience of the Doylestown Court House and Philadelphia Court House . Hopefully you will not have a need to go to either unless you work there then this is a wonderful location for you .
Feasterville is a wonderful community to live in. Neshaminy Schools are rated one of the highest schools in Bucks County There are also great places to eat . I will write some posts on this later .
