$8000 Tax Credit for first time home buyer.Today another happy buyer  qualified for the $8000 Tax Credit for  the first time Home buyers. He has all his paperwork in order. The settlement took place at Re/Max Affiliates  Real estate office at 9237 Frankford ave.Phila Pa 19114

The buyer's agent was Hannah Williams  Re/Max Affiliates NE.The seller was represented by Joan Delaney Re/max Eastern.Both agents cooperated  together each making sure everything was done in a timely manner. Citizens bank was the Mortgage Company and everything on their end was done quickly and efficiently.The buyer and the seller both cooperated in everything they needed to do. Everyone involved made this a wonderful transaction.

The Added bonus for the buyer he is now eligible to file for the $8000 Tax  Credit for First Time home Buyers.

$8000 Tax credit Buyers Settle on time in Phila Pa. Everyone was happy at Re/Max Affiliates Ne,There was another successful settlement. This property went under contract in late  February.

Re/max Eastern was the listing agency.Bob Shum was the listing agent and is a pleasure to work with. We worked together in complete cooperation to get this transaction to settlement with plenty of time to spare for the happy buyer to receive the $8000 Tax Credit and settle on time.We were very lucky to have wonderful sellers .Both the buyer and the seller were Philadelphia Fire Fighters.

Time is almost up. The $8000 tax credit for buyers will end April 30th 2010 (they must be under contract by then) and settle by June 30,2010.

At the the Re/max office in Phila Pa we provided the HUD 1 sheet to the buyer so he could provide it to his accountant for his $8000 Tax credit .The Buyers were so happy to receive the keys to their new home and to also be eligible for this wonderful opportunity to receive this $8000 tax credit.

An Irish woman of advanced age visited her physician to ask his advice on

reviving. Her husband's libido. “What about trying Viagra?” asked the doctor.


“Not a chance”, she said. “He won't even take an aspirin.”

“Not a problem,” replied the doctor. “Give him an 'Irish Viagra’. Drop the Viagra

tablet into his coffee. He won't even taste it. Give it a try and call me in a week

to let me know how things went.”


It wasn't a week later when she called the doctor, who directly inquired as to

her progress. The poor dear exclaimed, “Oh, faith, bejaysus and begorrah! T'was

horrid! Just terrible, doctor!”


“Really? What happened?' asked the doctor.


“Well, I did as you advised and slipped it in his coffee and the effect was almost

immediate. He jumped straight up, with a twinkle in his eye and with his pants

a-bulging fiercely! With one swoop of his arm, he sent me cups and tablecloth

flying, ripped me clothes to tatters and took me then and there passionately on
the tabletop! It was a nightmare, I tell you, an absolute nightmare!”

“Why so terrible?' asked the doctor, “Do you mean the sex your husband

provided wasn't good?”



“Freakin' jaysus, 'twas the best sex I've had in 25 years! But sure as I'm sittin'

here, I'll never be able to show me face in Starbucks again!”

Delaire Landing enjoying the colors of spring.It was a long cold snowy winter.Spring has sprung. The flowers are blooming and the trees are starting to bud.The cherry blossoms are flowering .Spring is in the air.The birds are singing Delaire Landing is a very large property and the residents can walk it and see many different views of trees, bushes ,flowers,plants,and even birds and I was told by a resident today ...deer are also here early morning and late evening. Bald Eagle nests are not far away can be seen soaring in the air ..
