Joke of the Day: Baby's First Visit XX

 

 

*** BABY’S FIRST VISIT ***



A woman and a baby were in the doctor's examining room, waiting for the doctor to come in for the baby's first exam. The doctor arrived, and examined the baby, checked his weight, and being a little concerned, asked if the baby was breast-fed or bottle-fed.



“Breast-fed,” she replied.



“Well, strip down to your waist,” the doctor ordered.Joke of the Day: Baby's first visit



She did. He pinched her nipples, pressed, kneaded, and rubbed both breasts for a while in a very professional and detailed examination. Motioning to her to get dressed, the doctor said, “No wonder this baby is underweight. You don't have any milk.”



“I know,” she said, “I'm his Grandma, but I'm glad I came.”

RainCamp NYC 2010 Hyper Buzz link

Better late than never. Here is some of the Hyber Buzz of RainCamp in NYC 2010. Wonderful people with so much energy in this room. Wish the room was filled with all the members of ActiveRain. Ben Kinney the newest addition was inspiring to us all. Personally I cannot wait to read his book.

It was magic to meet all my online friends. Bob Stewart who is a living doll. Brad Anderson who you feel like you always have known.Brad filled our heads with Hyper-links. Oh and let us not forget the great Jon Washburn  (so cute) My dear friend Pat Kennedy. Let's not forget my on line friends that now I have met in person: Bob and Lisa Hammerstein, Jennifer Fivelsdal,Leah Stern, Paddy,Cindy Jones, Steve Kappre, Mitchell Hall who flagged me down.,and Sheldon Neal....If I left anyone out please forgive me..oh almost forgot C Tann Starr we met at Rebar in Philadelphia.

LOL Friday: The Potty

THE POTTY

A LITTLE THREE YEAR OLD BOY IS SITTING ON THE TOILET

HIS MOTHER THINKS HE HAS BEEN IN THERE TOO LONG,

SO SHE GOES IN TO SEE WHAT'S UP.

THE LITTLE BOY IS SITTING ON THE TOILET READING A BOOK.

BUT ABOUT EVERY 10 SECONDS OR SO HE PUTS THE BOOK DOWN, LOL FRIDAY: The Potty

GRIPS ONTO TO THE TOILET SEAT WITH HIS LEFT HAND AND

HITS HIMSELF ON TOP OF THE HEAD WITH HIS RIGHT HAND.

HIS MOTHER SAYS: "BILLY, ARE YOU ALL RIGHT?

YOU'VE BEEN IN HERE FOR A WHILE..

BILLY SAYS: "I'M FINE, MOMMY.. I JUST HAVEN'T GONE 'DOODY' YET."

MOTHER SAYS: "OK, YOU CAN STAY HERE A FEW MORE MINUTES.

BUT, BILLY, WHY ARE YOU HITTING YOURSELF ON THE HEAD?"

RainCamp NYC 2010 : "Video" Panel of East Coast Top Bloggers helpful Tips

 

RainCamp Ncy 2010:Video panel east coast top bloggersStill recuperating from all the  super mind overload.RainCamp was fantastic.(slow on posting)It was a long drive from Philadelphia to NYC at 6 AM.We made great time until we got one city block from the hotel.Then we were lost.  Time Square was blocked off . That was where the Marriott was and all the Streets were one way.It took us several phone calls to the hotel ;but we finally got a very nice lady who stayed on the phone with us until we got to the hotel.

Speechless Sunday:RainCamp NYC Lunch at Piggly Wiggly 2010

Speechless Sunday (not speechless) Great morning at RainCamp NYC Bob Stewart told us the long tall short tale of it. Brad Anderson filled our heads with links and sites.  .Ben Kinney author and sales genius spoke about lead capture. Our minds were spinning and our tummies were growling. It was time for a lunch break.

Platinum access RainCamp members went to Piggly Wiggly. Sitting at our table in the "video"you will hear Sheldon Neal but not see him he was sitting right next to me,active Brad Anderson,Steve Kappre,Claudia Jacobs and few newer bloggers who I hope to get to know in 2010

Philadelphia Women love Shoe shopping Macy's NYC

 

Philadelphia women love shoe shopping.Macy's NYC was amazing.It had two floors of shoes.There was nothing but shoes and boots on two entire floors.Philadelphia is a big metropolitan city. I had never seen any Macy's or any other store for that matter with that many shoes.Women do love shoes and there were shoes to fit any woman's taste.New York City was fun to look for shoes especially if you watched "Sex and the City"

It was the end of Real Estate CONNECT New York City .  RainCamp NYC and the Inman News Conference.Our minds were spinning with so much new and useful information  we had received from some of the most brilliant minds of our times. This was a fun way to end the trip before we drove back to Philadelphia the City of Brotherly Love..

Phila to New York City for RainCamp and Inman News Conference

Pack up all my cares and woes here I go to RainCamp  and the Inman News Conference in New York City

I have

been so stressed out the passed few weeks getting a transaction to the table I could not do anything but work on getting everything in order.The mortgage company seemed to be on mental vacation.Losing documents calling for the same things over and over.At the last minute the buyers were going to back out;but they did not .What is that saying "All's well that ends well"..Who says we have an easy job???   Now I am getting ready for RainCamp in New City the timing could not be better hope to see you there!  

Leaving Philadelphia 6 am for New York City this is so exciting!

Speechless Sunday:"Here are a few of my favorite Things 2010"

What a wonderful way to spent New Years Day 2010.With dear friends eating wonderful traditional foods.In a warm loving home the only thing that was not captured here was the fabulous smell of the food that filled the air.The New Year is here 2010 I wanted to share a few of my favorite things.
