A woman decides to have a face lift for her 50th
  birthday.
 
  She spends $15,000 and feels pretty good about the results.
 
  On her way home, she stops at a newsstand to buy a newspaper.

  Before leaving, she says to the clerk, 'I hope you don't mind my
  asking, but how old do you think I
  am
 
  'About 32,' is the reply.'
 
  'Nope! I'm exactly 50,' the woman says happily.
 
  A little while later she goes into McDonald's and asks the counter
  girl the very same
  question.
 
The girl replies, 'I'd guess about 29.'
 
  The woman replies with a big smile, 'Nope, I'm 50.'
 
  Now she's feeling really good about herself.. She stops in a drug
  store on her way down the
  street.
 
  She goes up to the counter to get some mints and asks the clerk this
  burning question.
 
  The clerk responds, 'Oh, I'd say 30.'

Again she proudly responds, 'I'm 50, but thank
  you!'

  While waiting for the bus to go home, she asks an old man waiting
  next to her the same question.
 
  He replies, 'Lady, I'm 78 and my eyesight is going. Although, when I
  was young there was a sure-fire way to tell how old a woman was.
 

It sounds very forward, but it requires you to let me put my hands
  under your bra..
 
  Then, and only then can I tell you EXACTLY how old you are.'
 
  They wait in silence on the empty street until her curiosity gets
  the best of her.
 
  She finally blurts out, 'What the heck, go ahead.'
 
  He slips both of his hands under her blouse and begins to feel
  around very slowly and carefully.
 
  He bounces and weighs each breast and he gently pinches each
  nipple.
 
  He pushes her breasts together and rubs them against each other.
 
  After a couple of minutes of this, she says, 'Okay, okay....How old
am I?'
 
He completes one last squeeze of her breasts, removes his hands,
  and says, 'Madam, you are 50.'
 
  Stunned and amazed, the woman says,

'That was incredible, how could
  you tell?'
 
  The old man says,

'Promise you won't get mad?'
 
  'I promise I won't' she
says.

  'I was behind you at McDonalds.'

I had a call today from an agent I worked with at my previous office .I have not worked there for over a month ."Good morning Hannah I was wondering if you could do my floor time this evening 7-9 as I have to work at my other job" I chuckled and told her I would be happy to help her out but I had left the office and was now working at Re/Max Eastern inc and did not think it would be appropriate to do her floor.She was somewhat flustered said she did not know I was at Re/Max Eastern inc  wished me Luck and I wished her the same and she quickly said goodbye. I found this call to be somewhat amusing .

Find Referral Agents Here Best References.This post took to long to write .There have been many things going on in my business life. After my last RainCamp experience. I made a career decision to move my Re/max location to Re/Max Eastern. It is a decision I am happy with !

I did neglect to thank Larry Yerkes for a wonderful job he did for me and my clients.They were and are very important people to me. They had a large home to sell in New Jersey.They looked to me to find a referral agent with the best references to sell their home.

I sincerely believe that you can have a license in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey;but if you do not know the area can you properly market the properly? 

I had agents in my office licensed in New Jersey and Pa.  Did I ask one of the agents in my office? What did I do ? Did I go to the Re/Max referral network? Maybe three years ago before ActiveRain I would have. Before I was aware of blogs and local posts. No to find a referral agent the best one would be here at ActiveRain.

 I went to ActiveRain searched the area where they lived .The agent with the best references  was a Re/max agent and I liked his style and his web presence.  I called my British agent friend Sheldon Neal for advise we had a nice chat but honestly it was out of his area.

The fact of the matter was I went with my first instinct. I left Lawrence Yerkes a message . Larry called me back we had an informative conversation . He was really surprised it was his first contact with anyone from ActiveRain. We sent the proper Re/max referral docs and off he went. They were not easy sellers. Like most sellers ,they thought their home was worth what it had been years before. There was also work to be done before the home was to be put on the market. Larry Yerkes did a fantastic follow up job ! He was a patient man.

I had them as buyers on the other end .They were wonderful people to work with as buyers ;but they were the typical sellers and Larry Yerkes was very patient with them. The whole process from contact until sale may have taken seven months . The sellers did not put their home on the market as quickly as we would have liked ,but there were serious health issues beyond any ones control.

I would certainly refer Lawrence Yerkes to all my clients either moving to or from that area we made a great team!

Thank you Larry Yerkes  I am so happy I found you and hope to work with you again in the near future!

Grandparents are a lady and a man who have no little children of

Grandparents don't have to do anything except be there when we
come to see them. They are so old they shouldn't play hard or run.
It is good if they drive us to the shops and give us money.


When they take us for walks, they slow down past things like
pretty leaves and caterpillars.


They show us and talk to us about the colors of the flowers and
also why we shouldn't step on 'cracks.'

They don't say, 'Hurry up.'
Usually grandmothers are fat but not too fat to tie your shoes.

They wear glasses and funny underwear.

They can take their teeth and gums out.
Grandparents don't have to be smart.

They have to answer questions like 'Why isn't God married?'
and 'How come dogs chase cats?'

When they read to us, they don't skip. They don't mind if we
ask for the same story over again.

Everybody should try to have a grandmother,
 especially if you don't have television because they are the only grownups
who like to spend time with us.
They know we should have snack time before bed time,
and they say prayers with us and kiss us even when we've acted bad.

A 6-YEAR-OLD WAS ASKED WHERE HIS GRANDMA LIVED.
''OH,'' HE SAID, ''SHE LIVES AT THE AIRPORT, AND WHEN WE WANT HER,
 WE JUST GO GET HER. THEN WHEN WE'RE DONE HAVING HER VISIT,
 WE TAKE HER BACK TO THE AIRPORT.''
GRANDPA IS THE SMARTEST MAN ON EARTH! HE TEACHES ME GOOD THINGS,
BUT I DON'T GET TO SEE HIM ENOUGH TO GET AS SMART AS HIM!

It's funny when they bend over; you hear gas leaks, and they blame their dog.
