In my professional opinion we are seeing prices rise again in Bakers Bay Condos . That is because of the lack of inventory in my personal opinion. I have had buyers looking for the perfect condo . Every week they had something to look at . I have them on auto email . They called me to tell me there was something wrong with their email
I had to inform them it was not their email but the lack of inventory . What they could have chosen before will now cost them more and will need updating. They are very discouraged . It is the old saying "could have should have would have " I did warn them but they did not listen . When the right one comes up you can not go home and think about it . There are other agents that have buyers just like you waiting for the right condo to come along . They say well we need to think about and go home . Need I say more the property is under agreement by the time they call me back .
Bakers Bay has so much to offer it's residents . That carefree style of living . There is no outside maintenance . Especially in the winter months when it is snowing who wants to shovel snow . Not me ! Bakers Bay has a wonderful crew of people who come and remove snow . The side walks are cleared as well as the road . Salt is laid down and you can watch the snow from your window
There is so much to do at Bakers Bay so many trips are planned . There are Social events . Indoor pool and Sauna with a jacuzzi what a great way to relax There is also a gym so you can even cancel your gym membership . That is unless you have Silver Sneakers then enjoy your benefits . There is a music group that plays . I could keep going as the list is endless
I have not sold a condo to anyone who lives there that was unhappy living here . Bakers Bay is a wonderful place to live . The management and maintenance people are some of the best I have ever dealt with . They are friendly and know their community . They bend over backwards to assist you .
