For some reason our phones in the office went down . We had a rain storm with high winds Was this reason ? We do not know but the phones have been out . I am grateful for the communication from all the support staff we have . They are doing their best in handling the situation. .
They let all the agents know so if we wanted to work from home it would be more productive. Appointments would be made on line as that is the way the MLS is set up . If necessary the girls would use their cell phones . They also wanted us to be aware in case agents needed us to set up appointments . There are still agents who set up appointments by phone .
The phones have been out all weekend . I just received an email saying they will not be working until sometime on Tuesday . Communication is so important . Now I can plan my day for tomorrow . I may as well work from home tomorrow also .
I have the support staff cell phone numbers and email so if there is anything I need I can contact them . I can do that everyday but not having phones are very inconvenient for them It is especially inconvenient for clients trying to contact us. So glad my clients have my cell phone number .
