100 Years Young Delaire Landing Celebrates in Gardens Chicks birthday .Every year we at Delaire Landing Gardens Condo #1 hold a Meet and Greet Party for the residents .It is a party to get to meet the new residents that have moved in .
This year we have a resident who is turning 100 years young. So we ordered a Birthday cake and decided to make it part of the festivities. After all how often does one have a neighbor celebrating a 100th birthday.
The Delaire Landing Gardens is said to have magic in the water(myth or fact ) . The condos here hold their value and do not stay on the market long. Residents here do not move often.There are only 60 units in condo # 1 also known as the Gardens
