Modena Park home buyers purchase located in  Phila Pa 19154. It is a lovely area located in the Torresdale section. It is a family neighborhood .It is also an area of young single  professionals and tradesman. It is conveniently located near close to major highways I95 ,US #1 , and the Pa turnpike.
