It is clean and friendly atmosphere.They give you hardy helpings and you will not walk away hungry! You order what you want find a table and they call your name when it is ready.

 

    

 

 

 

There is a steady stream of people but everything moves quickly.The food is finger licking good.The cornbread was excellent with small kernels of corn inside.Some of us couldn't finish our meals and had to bring it home.

Philadelphia has beautiful river-views.This is the Delaware River. It is a large city and has many walking trails along the waterfront.This river view picture and "video" was taken in November 2009. It was photographed on private  Real Estate property of  the Delaire Landing Condominium Community.You can also view Bakers Bay Condominiums another Real Estate community next to it. Both are located in the Torresdale section of Philadelphia Pa.19114 both are waterfront Communities

Delaire Landing Condominiums Gardens view in Phila Pa 19114 in October.These gardens since being restored in the spring of 2009 have been changed by and paid for by residents seasonally. It is a lovely garden that is enjoyed by most of the residents .For more information about Delaire Landing or surrounding areas please feel free to contact me.

Delaire Landing condominiums located in the Torresdale section of Philadelphia Pa 19114 is a gated community.It consists of many individual condo associations that form one Master association. Each individual association has their own rules & regulation and also abides by the Master Council rules and regulations.

Delaire Landing Condo #1 is an individual association within  Delaire Landing Condo Community.Condo #1 is a small association and also the original sample condominiums built. Condo #1 is called the Gardens. Last year a picnic was planned to welcome new residents and to celebrate the beginning of fall.It was a great success. All residents attending brought a dish,dessert, beverage , or something that was needed for the function.It was called "Meet and Greet". It was held in the courtyard between buildings#3 -#5. A committee was formed and they did a fantastic job.

Delaire Landing Condo #1 decided to hold their "Meet and Greet" to welcome new residents this year. It was a Potluck event everyone was asked to contribute. A social committee was formed members of this committee were:

Special thanks to these ladies for all their hard work in making this a very special day for everyone!

Delaire Landing has a beautiful view of the Delaware river. It is so nice to take a walk around the grounds . You can sit and see the boats sail by and hear the motor boats.There are lovely trees all around the community with benches so you may sit and enjoy the views.Delaire Landing is located in the Torresdale section of Philadelphia Pa.19114

Summer is coming to an end.The pool at Delaire Landing will be closing soon. The end of the year Party at Delaire Landing was planned ;but it was rained out. A Hawaiian Luau evening swim pool party with a disc jockey . Food and drinks along with party items were purchased.Bad news a Storm was approaching Delaire Landing 19114..Lightning and Thunder and pouring rain. Here are two video's of the residents at Delaire Landing that made the best of the situation and had FUN...

We had a Hassle free and fast closing in Center City at the Rittenhouse Hotel in cooperation with John Portman of Prudential Fox and Roach who was a delightful Real Estate Professional agent to work with.

Delaire Landing Condominiums 19114 has new residents. Another successful transaction thanks to Citizens Bank and Domenic Mannello my trusted mortgage banker.He always gets the job done and on time.I rarely use anyone else.In my book he is the best.We have worked together for more than 18 years .Domenic Mannello has never let me down.

Bella Hair & Nail Salon located in the Torresdale section of Phila Pa 19114. A favorite place of many of us in my Re/Max office.We like to get pampered here. Have our  nails done or a wonderful pedicure. The ladies here at Belle really know how to pamper your feet when you get a pedicure.The chairs at Belle Nail Salon are amazing they vibrate and give you a massage while your feet are also being soaked and massaged .What a way to relieve stress and look pretty at the same time as they apply your favorite color polish.

 

Belle Hair & Nail Salon has a fabulous colorist and hair stylist. They are new to the area;but seem to be getting a regular following. I see the same people come back and are very pleased. Some of the women in my office are now using him and look very chic.

Tony's Place Tomato Pies at its best. Philadelphia is known for its fabulous Tomato Pies.It is a thin homemade dough crusty pizza with home made sauce with a small amount of cheese. It is the best. If you have never tasted a tomato pie this is the place to go.

Tony's is a friendly neighborhood bar & restaurant with a friendly atmosphere.Tony's Place is also famous for their spaghetti  and meatballs at more than reasonable  prices. The service is warm,friendly and you always get a smile.
