Wordless Wednesday : Red Tomato at Lou's in Bensalem Pa Filled the room with color and fragrance. Lou's in Bensalem Pa  also have the some of the best prices in the area for produce .Lou's Farmers Market has fresh produce,lunch meats,salads,breads and much more . I just could not resist the Red Tomato's they needed to have their pictures taken .Soon they will be out of season .That will leave me wordless as I love these fresh tomatoes that I purchase at Lou's n Bensalem Pa. How about you do you love fresh ripe tomatoes in season ?

FHA Approved Condo Communities

 

 

FHA approved Condo Communities. Why would your association/board members not want to be FHA & VA approved ? If you have a strong Condo association and good amount of money in your reserve .Yes it might take a good amount of paper work to get the approvals done for FHA and VA Approvals but it would open up the Condo/Communities market to so many more buyers who may not be looking in your community .

 

Why should board members care about FHA certification for their community? FHA provides an insurance policy to mortgage companies. If a borrower defaults on the mortgage, FHA will cover some of the loss the lender would suffer. Mortgage bankers like to work with FHA because they can require a lower down payment (less than 20%) than conventional financing and therefore qualify more borrowers, which results in more profit for the mortgage company. Lenders are also more understanding with credit scores .Conventional requires a minimum of  740 credit score . FHA Approved condo Communities



Let's also look at the Seniors in you community who may want to consider a reverse mortgage. Without FHA and VA loan approved status seniors do not even have the opportunity to have this choice.

Who makes these decisions in your community? Are your property values decreasing just because of the economy ? Are people having trouble getting financing in you community?  Is you Condo Community FHA Approved?

These are questions you should be concerned with as an owner of a condo!

They love to read my blog and see their pictures. Ryan is the oldest His birthday was on two weeks ago.May is the time of year for birthdays in our family here in Bensalem Pa. The Kings Speech Opens 1/10/11 Phila Bucks County theaters " video" trailer preview is just a hint of what is to come of this movie. "The Kings Speech" a true story of the British Monarchy(King George VI) during World War 2 is said to be the movie of the year. It has already been nominated for many awards Golden Globe Awards and the SAG .

"The Kings Speech" has a bit of history that we Americans can learn about British history as we are entertained with a wonderful performance by Colin Firth ,Geoffry Rush, and Helena Bonham Carter.

The Kings Speech opens 1/10/11 in the Phila and Bucks County theaters

Natural Nails Party in Warm Chocolate Phila Pa 19136.Everything was half price today. Manicures and pedicures,eyebrow waxing, and more pampering.What a deal.There was delicious food and drink..I had a wonderful spa pedicure for half price.

I sat in a massage chair my feet soaking in a pool of water with fresh lemons . My legs were wrapped in damp hot towels and afterward massaged in delicious warm chocolate lotion.Then my toe nails were painted and dried.What a wonderful relaxing day .

Natural Nails Party in Warm Chocolate was a wonderful way to spend a few hours in Phila pa 19136

 Delaire Landing Count Down To Labor DayWeekend.It looks like a weekend here by the pool. Everyone is counting the days to Labor Day and the inevitable closing of the pool.

 

 Sounds like we may have good news the Master Council has voted to an extra weekend of Sun and Fun by the pool. The residents are hoping that the weather will permit this extra time to enjoy the pool and our friends ....Delaire Landing residents countdown to Labor Day Weekend has begun!

 

It seems like summer has just started and now we are beginning the countdown to Labor Day Weekend and the closing of the pool..It was a Fantastic Summer at Delaire Landing!

Delaire Landing condo residents enjoy Waterfront Views at Pool. This weekend is sure to be another great weekend at Delaire Landing condominiums by the pool.The weather report " hot and in the 90's with low humidity". What a better way to spend your weekend then sitting by the pool.


Delaire Landing Condo offers a waterfront view while you are relaxing at the pool.

You can see boats and ships cruise by at Delaire Landing by the pool There are also families of Canadian geese living there in addition to many other wild life that visit our community.Recently there has been a family of deer spotted roaming and wild turkey in the area.

There is an American bald Eagle sanctuary not far so if you are very lucky you may see one in the sky among other beautiful birds flying high in the sky.


Delaire Landing condo residents also enjoy each other.The views are spectacular;but there is nothing like wonderful conversation with good friends and neighbors.
