Heat Wave ! Stay Cool in Phila Pa has had record breaking temperatures a real Heat wave! 
Today weatherman say's it will reach 102 degrees . Stay cool! Perhaps the best time to show homes is in the early mornings . Sellers please be aware that it is best to have the A/C on in a heat wave for youself as well as a potential buyer. Drink Lots of WATER
There is nothing worse than showing vacant homes with no A/C on in a heat wave. I have been advising my sellers to put the air on. In my humble opinion it is just as bad showing a hot stuffy home that is unkempt and dirty home. If the buyers are uncomfortable when they walk in the home they are not going to buy it. Sellers should have their A/C on in their homes even when not home. Keep homes cool in the summertime.
Phila Pa had record breaking temperatures of 99 degrees.With the humidity it felt like well over a 100 degrees. Today the temperatures are predicted to go up to 102 This is extremely hot for the Philadelphia area .
A great way to beat the heat is by the pool. Stay cool . Check on your senior neighbors in Heat waves. Make sure they are safe ,Be a good neighbor. Stop in and say HELLO
