Friday's foto:Where did the time go? It seemed like yesterday when Ryan was born.Now he is 10 years old and we are singing happy birthday and waiting to eat homemade vanilla cake with chocolate icing.Where did the time go? Ryan is the oldest of four children.His birthday was May 2.

Delaire Landing Doves Phila Pa

Delaire Landing's Doves in Phila Pa are getting ready to fly .The babies have grown and are taking flight. Ms Dove's babies are now gone. She returns to her nest but I have not seen the little doves for several days. Delaire Landing may have a new dove nest somewhere. I will miss these doves on my balcony. It was wonderful watching these doves hatch and grow at Delaire Landing in Phila Pa .

Delaire Landing Phila Pa 19114 Fun in the Sun

 

Delaire Landing  Phila Pa 19114 Fun in the Sun  Labor Day Weekend 2010. Delaire Landing residents celebrated Labor day at the pool .We had fun in the sun not knowing for sure if the weather would permit the opening of the pool next weekend. We said our goodbyes just in case the pool was closed at  Delaire Landing in Phila Pa.

Delaire Landing is located in Phila Pa 19114 and is a gated riverfront community .This year was a beautiful summer and we enjoyed many days of fun in the sun.

Speechless Sunday: A Royal Evening of Mardi Gras Fun

 

A Royal Evening of Mardi Gras Fun was the theme of this fantastic party! My dear friend's children invited me to a fantastic surprise party with a Marti Gras Theme.It was her 50th birthday and what a party it was! Rather then tell you about all the food ,friends and family ;I created a slide show. I hope you enjoy it!.

It was a party fit for royalty with a Mardi Gras Theme..and was Great fun for all!

Delaire Landing Mother Nature Knows!

Delaire Landing is located in the Torresdale section of Philadelphia Pa 19114.It is a Gated Condominium association with 24 hour security. It is a picturesque waterfront  community built along the Delaware River. Also one of my favorite places to take pictures .Here are some pictures I found to be beautiful. They just how mother nature knows when her clock is changing. It is the first and the last day of autumn...We had 22" snow.

Delaire Landing Torresdale Philadelphia The first Snow Day

 

 Today was a rainy day in the Torresdale section of Philadelphia that turned into the first snow day.I could not resist  grabbing my camera and taking a picture of the first snow. When I came back in I realized  I really had not captured the beauty of the first snow. So I went out on my balcony with my flip "video" and captured the huge snowflakes falling down. I live in Delaire Landing Condominiums in the Torresdale section of Philadelphia Pa.I am also a resident Real Estate agent in the development. I have been Listing and selling Real Estate for over 25 years..I hope you enjoy this short Flip "video" of the first snow flakes of December.

It was a beautiful sunny Wednesday in Philadelphia Pa. It was nice to take a short break at lunch. I enjoy going down to  Linden ave .It is close to my office in the Torresdale section of Phila. It is a favorite spot of mine and it seems a favorite spot of the birds also.It is a place where the Universe is  full of tranquility and I can feel relaxed..I was sorry I did not have my Flip camera with me to capture the sounds.

Look at this cute little puffer fish he is a new addition to our office at Re/Max Affiliates NE . I could not believe the way he loved to model for me. He seemed to know I was taking his picture. Great personality don't you think so.  Look at the emerald color eyes and the gold around  it..  I was quite excited today when I saw him in the salt water tank. Today was rainy cold day in Philadelphia Pa 19114;thought it would make a great Friday's Foto's
