Prepare the agreements ,get them signed and initialed by all parties .We also see that everyone is in agreement to all the terms and conditions.
Now we wait for the appraisal and hope we get Fair Market Value
In Pennsylvania we get a title report and hope it is free and clear of mortgages,judgments,and liens
We keep everyone calm and help them with any problems they may have in these areas
Finally Settlement Day
and if we did everything right it will go smooth
