We had a Pre-party for the locals and and the people from out of town coming to Philadelphia's Real Estate Blog RainCamp.The following morning registration started at 8AM and classes ended at 5PM .

So much to learn so little time .That is why I make sure I attend each and everyone I can.Talk about social networking! Can't beat here at Raincamp.  Had lunch with some of my favorites blog buddies Pat Kennedy, Sue Jones Ed Silva, Erica Ramus and Gerry Michaels just to name a few . I also meet so many more folks Irene Kennedy sat behind me and so many new bloggers. I am very anxious to read their posts!  Philadelphia's RE blog RainCamp was a huge success!!  When RainCamp comes to your city don't think about it "JUST DO IT "......

Better late than never. Here is some of the Hyber Buzz of RainCamp in NYC 2010. Wonderful people with so much energy in this room. Wish the room was filled with all the members of ActiveRain. Ben Kinney the newest addition was inspiring to us all. Personally I cannot wait to read his book.

It was magic to meet all my online friends. Bob Stewart who is a living doll. Brad Anderson who you feel like you always have known.Brad filled our heads with Hyper-links. Oh and let us not forget the great Jon Washburn  (so cute) My dear friend Pat Kennedy. Let's not forget my on line friends that now I have met in person: Bob and Lisa Hammerstein, Jennifer Fivelsdal,Leah Stern, Paddy,Cindy Jones, Steve Kappre, Mitchell Hall who flagged me down.,and Sheldon Neal....If I left anyone out please forgive me..oh almost forgot C Tann Starr we met at Rebar in Philadelphia.

Speechless Sunday:RainCamp NYC Lunch at Piggly Wiggly 2010

Speechless Sunday (not speechless) Great morning at RainCamp NYC Bob Stewart told us the long tall short tale of it. Brad Anderson filled our heads with links and sites.  .Ben Kinney author and sales genius spoke about lead capture. Our minds were spinning and our tummies were growling. It was time for a lunch break.

Platinum access RainCamp members went to Piggly Wiggly. Sitting at our table in the "video"you will hear Sheldon Neal but not see him he was sitting right next to me,active Brad Anderson,Steve Kappre,Claudia Jacobs and few newer bloggers who I hope to get to know in 2010
