Delaire Landing Winter Waterfront Phila Pa . I took this video about two weeks ago. It was one of the first sunny days after all the snow storms we had. Look at the prints in the snow. When I first saw them I thought it was from other people who also had ventured down to Delaire Landing's waterfront. It was not from people at all. They were animal footprints.

Delaire Landing is a beautiful place to live all year around. There are thirteen condos up for sale at the present time. If you are looking to buy I am sure there is a style and size that fits your needs .If you are looking to sell ;call me . I would like to video your home and offer more buyers the chance to see your home. There are people looking  at Delaire Landing in the Winter on the waterfront in Phila Pa wondering if this area is right for them.

look sellers interview 2417 headhouse sq bensalem pa 19020Look at this seller's interview at 2417 Headhouse Sq in Bensalem 19020.The house was not is perfect showing condition. There were baby bottle's on the counter it did have a lived in look .His mother went upstairs to get the seller disclosure she had filled out. This child gave the perfect interview.

The flip camera came out and the interview came natural to this young seller. What a natural he was as we talked and took pictures and discussed buying and selling his home. The home is located in the Village Greene section of Bensalem Pa 19020.

Aidan is one of four children.His parents have their home at 2417 Headhouse SQ up for sale. They are looking to relocate.They did find a home they liked ;but decided to wait until their home sold.How interesting to see things from a child's point of view.
