Real Estae Students who like to write !Phila Pa .The Philadelphia Real Estate Council (PREC), is looking for students to write papers for the benefit of its members and broader Real Estate community. If selected, the author/writer would get to attend and present their paper to the leading senior Real Estate executives in the Delaware Valley, at one of the council's quarterly meetings. In addition, the article/paper will be submitted for consideration to the Cornell Real Estate Review, the first student run and managed Real Estate academic journal.
Through the generosity of ING Clarion, the Cornell Real Estate Review is awarding a $2,500 grand prize to the highest quality article from a student affiliated with a graduate degree program in Real Estate.
Not a student but want to participate? The articles may be written in collaboration with a professor or Real Estate professional.
