Friday Real Estate  Party Re/Max Eastern Feasterville Pa . Today we are closing at 2PM . Our Broker Sal Palintino is taking us all to lunch . The celebration is because out of the 3 offices at Re/Max Eastern our's was the top producing office . It will be fun also because we are going to "Say Goodbye " to a fellow associate . It is my opinion that prices have fallen in the last few months . Bakers Bay is a beautiful Community with many amenities. It is a wonderful time to buy there considering the great prices you can expect to pay . It is winter and time will tell what will happen in the spring . One thing is for sure it is a great time to buy in Bakers Bay condo community .

So if you are looking for fresh produce and potatoes at slashed prices .Visit Lou's Farmers Market in Bensalem Pa on Rt 13. It may become your favorite place too!

How important is a Credit Check when trying to rent a property . I have a rental in a beautiful condo community . It amazes me how many times I have shown this property .The prospective tenant loves the property and immediately say's "I Will Take It ". Then I explain there is a fee for a credit check and criminal background check They then inform they are not sure how their credit is and have no objection on proceeding.

I am confused when I have received the credit checks back. They are horrid simply horrid . The prospective tenants must have an idea about their credit . How can you not know that you had an eviction a few years back or that your revolving credit card is in collection .

I understand that in today's economy people are have troubles;but you must know that you are having problems with your credit . It costs the prospective tenant money to have these credit checks done .Why waste your money and time if you know you are behind in payments , have judgments and collection accounts.

How do some landlords rent to tenants without running a credit check ? How important is a credit report ? What has been your experience in this situation with credit reports when renting ?

The thrill of the hunt is on. One for the Money is full of wacky and crazy scences. Full of laughter and humor . I hope you enjoy this "video" preview. Check local theaters for times near you . Be prepared to laugh.

 Slippery Sidewalks Steps Rivers Bend Condos Phila Pa . The weather was frightful snow had fallen while most of us were sleeping .We woke up to snow  on a Saturday morning .My clients did not care and still wanted to look at condo's in the Torresdale area of Phila Pa .They are looking for a 2BR 2Bath condo. Young professional buyers looking  in the Torresdale section of Phila and did not want to be bothered with outside maintenance. A club house,pool,and gym were not a priority. Location and maintenance were their biggest priority .

The buyers picked me up in their 4 wheel drive vehicle and off we went . I had 3 properties scheduled . The first two were in developments with all the amenities ,club house pools and the works . The snow crews had done a wonderful job on the sidewalks and steps there was salt down so it was not slippery .

The last unit was a mess. There was no snow removal making the sidewalks and steps very slippery The gate to get into the units was frozen shut so we had to go to the unit next to it and walk across the lawn to get to the unit. Once inside the unit they really liked the layout ;but were concerned about the maintenance . It did say condo assoc. was responsible for snow removal but there was not a sign of anyone removing snow or putting down salt.

What a shame! The buyer liked the layout of RiversBend .The maintenance is a priority for them as they both work long hours . Snow removal is a major priority for them . They liked everything about the Rivers Bend unit ;but are truly concerned about the snow removal issue.They even went back the next day to check and told me there had not been any attempt to clear the slippery sidewalks or steps at the Rivers Bend Condo in the Torresdale section of Phila Pa .

The driveways behind the condos were a sheet of ice ! Not good selling features for sellers looking to sell their units .This unit was vacant I wonder if Mr or Ms seller is aware of this problem . I have a call into the listing agent .Perhaps he can explain why there was not any snow removal .
