Waterside the new construction in Bensalem . Had a luncheon today and I was invited . I was glad my calender was free . It has been several months since my last visitto Waterside . They are selling out this phase and getting ready for the next phase .
When they start the new phase the prices will go up so if you are interested please give me a call . It is best to have your own representative . Especially one that has a good repore with the agents that work for the builder and also knows the community of Waterside and Bensalem Pa
Waterside is now offering an elevator on one of the three story models that the were not offering this before . The sample homes currently in use are up for sale with a lease back which would be ideal for investors . In fact one of the models can now have an elevator that could not before . There are some beautiful waterfront lots coming available soon with some new options .
One of my friends just moved back from Florida and I asked Gerry the sales representative if I could bring him along . I was told yes . He was so impressed with Waterside that he may may purchase one of the units . He could not thank me enough for bringing him along .
I have an out of town buyer who is coming in on Saturday who is also very interested in Waterside . It is on the top of his list . I was also let in on a secret shh... A small single development in Bensalem will be coming soon . Call me for more information .
