The prices seem to be falling and so do the interest rates .These condos would be a wonderful opportunity for the qualified buyer to take advantage of with the low interest rates and low prices . Delaire Landing is a gated community located along the Delaware River .There are many amenities including 2 pools on the river and great waterfront views.
