Keeping our Gardens Special
Condo living is a different type of living then owning your own home.You really do not have to worry to much about the outside maintenance.So it is a little more care free style of living .It is usually included in your condo fee among other amenities.Here in a small section of Delaire Landing called the Gardens.. Here are some photos of the members of the elected board members doing the Spring walk around to decide what outside maintenance needs to be done ..The members of the board work very hard and give their time freey.It is a NON paying Job..I am also on the board doing the walk around..Sometimes the neighbors join in to make sure we don't miss anything.We were lucky it was a beautiful sunny day.

It's nice when there are a community who comes together and takes care of their association and keeps up to date with the maintenance...it does make a difference.
