Here is my very first try using a flip digital camera. I though I would try it at a home inspection it was fun for everyone.The one problem was that I stood to far away during some parts of the inspection.I also did not want to make the video clip to long. I think it is great tool for home inspections especially if there is a problem it can be verbally explained to the listing agent and seller.Isn't modern technology wonderful!

Hannah, I LOVE my Flip. Only problem I have is uploading the info on You Tube...'cause it takes so flippin' long. BUT I do love it and use it on a frequent basis. ;-) Great Job with your Flip. ;-)
Great job, I just got a Flip Hd and I'm filming a condo project that I'm restaging for resale. My first video is in the works maybe a few short segments to get my feet wet.
