Delaire Landing is a waterfront condominium community that also features a 24hour security guard and a camera security system through the grounds.We are are a very safe community but it is better to be safe than sorry.We are also in the process of updated our residents car system from a card and remote to an easy pass.Guests have to be checked in by the guard and car license plate numbers are taken and registered at the gate house.
