Delaire Landing condominiums located in the Torresdale section of Philadelphia Pa 19114 is a gated community.It consists of many individual condo associations that form one Master association. Each individual association has their own rules & regulation and also abides by the Master Council rules and regulations.
Delaire Landing Condo #1 is an individual association within Delaire Landing Condo Community.Condo #1 is a small association and also the original sample condominiums built. Condo #1 is called the Gardens. Last year a picnic was planned to welcome new residents and to celebrate the beginning of fall.It was a great success. All residents attending brought a dish,dessert, beverage , or something that was needed for the function.It was called "Meet and Greet". It was held in the courtyard between buildings#3 -#5. A committee was formed and they did a fantastic job.
Delaire Landing Condo #1 decided to hold their "Meet and Greet" to welcome new residents this year. It was a Potluck event everyone was asked to contribute. A social committee was formed members of this committee were:

Special thanks to these ladies for all their hard work in making this a very special day for everyone!

Petra..The food was Yummy..there was a tray of Hoagies all varieties and all the fixings..a Philly favorite. So many desserts , cherry cheese cake ,oreo cookie cake,strawberry peanut butter bars,Jewish apple cake,fresh fruit salad..and so much more..
Claudette..It was a great party but there were many people who did not come..maybe next year,,I have a few new residents lined up..
