Delaire Landing Condominiums is located in the Torresdale section of Philadelphia Pa 19114. Delaire Landing is a gated community with 24 hour security.There are many amenities and activities.This section of Delaire Landing Condominiums is called the Gardens and is also known as Condo association #1.It was the sample units when the development was built. It has a Park-like setting and is a riverfront community built along the Delaware River.In the background you may be able to see the moving truck.I have just sold a wonderful gentleman Robert Moraldo Senior a condominium we have just finished closing Bob Sawa was the listing agent and everything went smooth.There will be another post of the closing.Delaire Landings new neighbor moves in.
