Anne Marie....He really is a sweet man ..Saturday his cable TV was receiving only one channel..So being HelpfulHannah ;I showed him how to reset his cable box ..and in 5 minutes he had all his channels back..Thank you ..your input is greatly appreciated ..:0)..Hannah
