Delaire Landing Torresdale Philadelphia The first Snow Day

Today was a rainy day in the Torresdale section of Philadelphia that turned into the first snow day.I could not resist  grabbing my camera and taking a picture of the first snow. When I came back in I realized  I really had not captured the beauty of the first snow. So I went out on my balcony with my flip "video" and captured the huge snowflakes falling down. I live in Delaire Landing Condominiums in the Torresdale section of Philadelphia Pa.I am also a resident Real Estate agent in the development. I have been Listing and selling Real Estate for over 25 years..I hope you enjoy this short Flip "video" of the first snow flakes of December.

Good Morning Hanna,

You did a great job with this video in capturing your first snow fall.  These first snowfalls are so wonderful to see, especially for those of us living out west that have to travel to see it.
We also like the idea that we leave it just where we found it, :-)

Sincerely,
William

William..I was thinking of sharing this with the folks who don't get snow ...it is pretty and the funny thing is if it is a dry snow it is a dry cold ..this was a damp cold..the kind that goes right through you..BRR  Hope everyone enjoyed it and I will be sharing the cold weather storms this winter ..enjoy the warm weather ..:0)

Very pretty Hannah. We received our first snow as well. It was late last week and only lasted a total of 4 hours on the ground. It was beautiful when we first woke up though and was still coming down slowly.

Hannah, I have to admit, much as I don't like snow it looks lovely.  I don't think I'll be saying that in the coming months :)

John..Snow is pretty but I can live without it ...It is nice to have one day where the city shuts down and you get a whole day to just veg...Thanks

Carole ,...I could not agree with you more ....I would much rather have rain...:0)

I think its nice to have for short visits. Some how it makes you smile, but then you want it to go away. :-)
