Philadelphia Real Estate Helpful News and Views : Delaire Landing Mother Nature Knows!

Delaire Landing Mother Nature Knows!

Delaire Landing is located in the Torresdale section of Philadelphia Pa 19114.It is a Gated Condominium association with 24 hour security. It is a picturesque waterfront  community built along the Delaware River. Also one of my favorite places to take pictures .Here are some pictures I found to be beautiful. They just how mother nature knows when her clock is changing. It is the first and the last day of autumn...We had 22" snow.

Hannah: I'm impressed at how neatly the sidewalk is ploughed out! Happy holidays!

The snow was very pretty.  Love it but am already tired of it as it is pain with driving.  Am glad it came over the weekend though.  Happy holidays !

Hannah the first two photos showed the serene setting in the neighborhood. The last 2 show that nature is doing a cleansing. Thanks for sharing and Merry Christmas

Hi Hannah, that sure is some beautiful snow. I love looking at but not sure  would want to deal with beyond seeing the first snowfall. It was 38 last night and today it is 75 here in Sunny San Diego. The demo crew re-piping my house has left for the holidays and the house is now quiet , very dusty with white drywall dust but I will put up a small tree until they return on Monday. Otherwise I will visit friends, see a movie and have a great Christmas dinner out. ( No water yet in the Kitchen ).

Hannah, Here is wishing you and yours a Very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year 2010

I'd say 22" is quite a definitive statement from Mother Nature. Interesting how much contast there is -- even though all of the pics are color, it's almost like we're looking at a couple of black and whites.

Paul..If you went out without gloves your hands  would have stayed numb...Thanks..:0)

Janice..Thats the benifits of condo living.....:0)

Chris and Stephanie..Thankfully all the rain has washed most of it away..:0)

William..I understand what it is like dealing with workers when my ceiling had to be replaced;but my problem was not as extensive as yours and not over the holidays...It really disrupts your life..hope you enjoyed your Holiday the beast you could...I also did a movie ..I saw Avatar at an Imax theater it was very enjoyable..

John...Yes winter is gray and dreay here....Weather is saying we may be getting another storm for New Years....but it might just be rain...:0)

Hope every one had a wonderful Holiday and a Jolly Merry Christmas

Wow Hannah -- that is a LOT of snow.  We have been lucky this year.. maybe it is to make up for the horrible winter and ice storm of 2009!  I will enjoy seeing 22" in your photos rather than have to deal with it on my front yard.
