Delaire Landing residents enjoy water front views. Spring is in the air .After a long cold snowy winter it is time to walk down to the waterfront and enjoy the views. How lucky are the residents at Delaire Landing to live in such a beautiful environment .I think sometimes we forget how close we are to nature here at Delaire Landing Condominiums. The beautiful trees are starting to bloom and the flowers are out,birds are chirping..Yes spring is here .

There are wonderful people enjoying boating . All types of boaters ..sail boats ,motor boats .oh how beautiful to see them out on a glorious spring day .Whether you are sitting on one of the park benches or you bring a chair from home.. It is a welcomed site .You may be lucky enough to have a condo with a River View and be sitting on your balcony ..This are some of the perks living at Delaire Landing Condominium Community
Delaire Landing residents also enjoy the river and waterfront views from inside the club house . You can see the water while reading a book in the library.Perhaps you would like to workout in the gym and view the waterfront. The card-room or the main clubroom has been undercontruction and will be finished soon. You also have a terrific view of the Pool and the waterfront in this main entertainment room. Sometimes when you live here you take these things for granted .After this long cold winter perhaps we will all appreciate these wondrous views more .I know i will ..
Delaire Landing has big old trees where you can sit and read a book in the shade and listen to the sounds of Spring.As a resident of Delaire Landing it is a sound I welcome and enjoy. The views are beautiful almost like a little Sea Port of long ago .Delaire Landing does date back to the revolutionary war times and is a very historic area and a charming place to live .Delaire Landing residents enjoy waterfront views.

Hi Hannah, Living on or near the river front and having views are two different experiences. Both good of course. But there is something so special and unique about living on the water. It does something to the soul and it is difficult to always express. It is calming and seems to restore a certain energy while providing tranquility at the same time. One can usually feel it but not always express it.
