Speechless Sunday well I guess not.This is State Road in front of Bakers Bay Condominiums.The Philadelphia Water Department (PWD)will be tearing up the steets here for quite some time.They will be doing work on this four lane road that is now two lanes.The entrance is now very difficult to enter.I will be writing more about this later.It is not a pretty site .

Hannah, definitely not a lot of traffic on those streets. Cleaning up the pot holes from this past winter?
ED..There is alot of traffic..There are putting new water pipes in ...and will be doing construction for about a year .. was a Sunday picture ..more to follow
