Heat Wave ! Stay Cool By the Pool! Phila Pa 19114

Heat Wave ! Stay Cool By the Pool! Phila Pa 19114. It has been so hot it has been difficult to think. the best time to show homes is in the early mornings . Sellers have to be aware that it is best to have the A/C on.

There is nothing worse than showing vacant homes with no A/C on in a heat wave.I have been advising my sellers to leave the air on. In my humble opinion it is just as bad as showing a home that is unkept and dirty. If the buyers are uncomfortable when they walk in the home they are not going to buy it.Sellers should have their A/C  on in their homes even when not home. Keep it cool in a heat wave.

Phila Pa 19114 temperatures have been record breaking in the high 90's.With the humidity it felt like 100 degrees.  A Great way to beat the heat is by the pool. Stay cool especially senior citizens. Check on your senior neighbors in Heat waves.

Hannah, Even without a heatwave the pool is a great place to hang out! Stay cool.

I agree, it is as bad as showing an unkempt house in this heat if the a/c is not on.  It was very hot today.

Hannah

That sounds like a great idea for a hot summer day in Philadelphia.

Good luck and success.

Uh, sweetie, yes there is. Try inspecting a property in 95 degree heat with no AC or moving air. Talk about a b...oy what bother...

Hannah, isn't it horrible? I don't do heat well, and we are limited on the AC in the house. Ah well... it will be gone in a few months.

I do wish we had a pool, of course only if someone else was taking care of it. Been there done that.... :D

Hannah, I've had to show three homes in as many days with no AC...what a ban impression it leaves on the prospective buyers.  The sellers trying to save a few dollars lose so much more with lost offers/sale.

I could see that.. the heat from the home killing the deal. The buyer would be so focused on how hot it is, they are not really paying close enough attention to the home in some cases. Good advice and drink lots of water.

We've been reading about the heat wave in the rest of the country. Our time is coming. It always does.

Hannah it is really very hot, today it would be difficult showing a house without ac. Love the video. Stay cool I heard it will be miserable all this week.

Hey Hannah, this is true...with the heat we have been having, if I walked into a home looking to buy and it was boiling inside...I think I would be quick to leave.  Good advice leave the air on!
