Real Estate Homes Sales Phila Pa Bucks County Pa Trend MLS has made our visual experience easier.Look at all the pictures it now allows us to download for our HOMES. Twenty five pictures in all .I remember when we could only put the front of the house. Then 3,then 6 ,then 12 ,now 25 pictures.

The one thing I still do not understand is the Real Estate Agent who does not own or know how to use a digital camera or download pictures. There are many classes offered.Ask your family to buy you one for Xmas

25 pictures is great... last summer the Phoenix MLS changed to an unlimited number of pics... but after 25, I think there isn't much to shoot!  (Unless it is The Donald's house, of course!)

Hannah - we are allowed 25 now too - it's great. I am still surprised at how few photos are posted on some listings. We are required to have at least one, and many folks don't get beyond that.

Earlier this year we went to 24!  Unfortunately, we still get pictures on the MLS with dirty clothes piles in the corner of the bedroom and messy kitchens!

We are allowed up to 30 photos.  They can not contain your personal information such as a closeup of your sign or your personal contact information.  I report at least one of those a week to MRIS via our automated compliance reports.

I like the idea of more photos, we currently are allowed 15 high res. My fear is most real estate professionals won't take advantage and will still put in sub prime pictures of their listings...
You have a friend in Tacoma,Washington!

Dagny..I am very excited about this change ! 16 is good we were at 12 !

Laura..I hear you loud and clear ..I will never understand the listing agent who takes the picture likes that!

Cindy ..30 photos now that is wonderful ! I do not believe we are permited to take close ups of our signs either..

Paul  I am still amazed at how many agents do not own a digital camera..or know how to use one

Hannah - We're allowed 20 photos in our MLS.  It used to be 10 and I was so thrilled when they increased the number.  Photos are soooo important when buyers are searching for homes...It's so frustating for me as an agent too when I'm looking at properties and there are a minimal number of pics and in some cases none at all!

Donna,, I totally agree it is si helpful in the desicion making process when chosing what homes o show.It also helps when buyers are looking on line .It eliminates looking at homes that you know the buyer will not be interested in ...I still can not understand why agents do not take pictures

Hannah we are not at 25 yet.   Customers really love lots of photos so this could hasten the sale of some properties.   You are so right, no excuse for not having a digital camera.
