Heat Wave! Stay Cool! Phila Pa 19114

Heat Wave ! Stay Cool in Phila Pa 19114. It has been sHeat wave! Stay cool!Phila Pa 19114o hot it has been difficult to think. Perhaps the best time to show homes is in the early mornings . Sellers  please be aware that it is best to have the A/C on in a heat wave for you and a potential buyer.

There is nothing worse than showing vacant homes with no A/C on in a heat wave. I have been advising my sellers to leave the
air on. In my humble opinion it is just as bad as showing a home that is unkempt and dirty. If the buyers are uncomfortable when they walk in the home ;they are not going to buy it. Sellers should have their A/C on in their homes even when not home. Keep it cool in a heat wave. Stay Cool! In Philly Pa

Phila Pa 19114 had record breaking  temperature of 99 degrees. With the humidity it felt like well over a 100 degrees.

A great way to beat the heat is by the pool. Stay cool . Check on your senior neighbors in Heat waves. Make sure they are safe ,Be a good neighbor.

Helpful Hannah -- I could not agree with you more.  Fortunately, my sellers have been ready willing and able to have the AC running and making sure that potential buyers are enjoying the cool environment.

Hannah, I heard about the East Coast heat. We get in that 97-100 range a lot here, but you pile on tons of humidity which makes it tough. Try to stay cool best you can.

Mitchell..Great thinking !! I like to make sure with vacant properties the air is working properly in this weather

After showings when they are vacant I check to make sure the agents shut out the lights ..:0)

Hope it cools down for you soon. The high heat and humidity can make things miserable. Sellers ARE smart to keep their AC going - it really does make a difference with buyers. Just like a cold house in the winter.

Jeff..Great analogy! We had a storm last night that did cool it down somewhat..It will only be in the low 90's..Looks like rain most of the weekend .Unusual weather for the beginning of June .
