There have been 2 sales since May 2011 Prices $350,000- $352,000
Prices are down from last year .It looks like the home sales have slowed down in this very desirable area of Bensalem Pa . The sold prices are showing sales in the $350,000 and pending sales higher .Let us hope there are not any appraisal problems. Mortgage companies are not giving appreciation in many areas . This is a beautiful area I myself lived in Village Greene for many years. Jennifer This is a beautiful area I bought in here when it was new construction . There are approx 325 homes is the development . I just loved the spacious floor plan .When my children were grown with homes of their own it was too large for just me I sold it & moved into something more my size .
