It is my opinion that prices have continued to declined here . It is still a wonderful place to live . It is still a place I would show my buyers and recommend .It is cheaper than renting and a good investment in the long term of things. Hopefully the association will follow suit with the rest of their neighboring condominium associations and work on re-establishing their FHA and VA financing approvals .

Hannah, with 16 active listings that must be a rather large complex. How many units completely? Those geese had you walking with a brisk pace to catch them as well.
Ed There are around 535 units in all ..It was rather fun with the geese .I happen to liked them as neighbors but there are some that do not . lol
