In my opinion sales in Bakers Bay may be on the rise. Prices have stabilized somewhat in the garden section The Condominium Association has fought long and hard to retain their FHA status which will make financing easier to obtain therefore making these condos a more desirable choice to buy.

Looks Like Bakers Bay may have a healthy condominium association. It is important to obtain and maintain FHA status. However, FHA now is saying just being on the approved list is not longer all one needs to be able to use FHA financing.
Hi Joan so nice to see your smiling face . Yes they manage themselves , they are one of the few in the area that have continued with their FHA status which will be a real plus for them in the future .
