It is my opinion that Delaire Landing values have depreciated greatly in the past year . It is still a lovely place to live . The prices seem to be falling and so do the interest rates .These condos would be a wonderful opportunity for the qualified buyer to take advantage of with the low interest rates and low prices . Delaire Landing is a gated community located along the Delaware River .There are many amenities including 2 pools on the river and great waterfront views.

Nice market update for Delaire. It looks like there are some great options for buyers in your area. With more affordable housing and historically low interest rates, I hope buyers will take a serious look at the current property on the market.
Hannah with the price of the condos in Delaire falling, looks like some good opportunities to purchase.
