The prices in Delaire Landing Condos in my opinion sales value has decreased in the last several months . List to settled 92% of sale price . There are some inflated prices listed. The condos may have trouble appraising if sold near full price unless the buyers are paying cash . This is a wonderful time to buy in Delaire Landing Condominium community. A buyer can purchase a condo here at low low prices . It amazes me as Delaire Landing has so much to offer it's residents .

I have to agree with Lou. With such affordable prices, these shouldn't stay too long...
Hannah, something to choose from, and some activity for the last 3 months. Wen there's sales activity, that's a good thing, although the prices not being stable isn't the best situation.
