What a wonderful place ActiveRain is .I Love My ActiveRain Blog! Today I am not going in to the office. The Air Conditioner is being replaced on my side of the office. I am still in my PJ's and my cell phone rang. It was a man asking for me. He wanted to know when he could look at condos. Well I was a little taken back and it was totally unexpected. I asked him which condos he meant and by the end of the conversation we had an appointment. He had never purchased a home before. I had set up an appointment with a mortgage banker to meet with us at my office next week .
During the conversation he explained he had found me on Google when searching Delaire Landing Condos.This is one of my Localism posts it is also one of my monthly Market Reports. He is the 4th person that has contacted me in the last two months . It just goes to show people do read my blogs. Especially my Localism blogs.
