There are no active listings for sale in Rivers Bend
There are two pending sales prices $108,900 -$174,500 we will discuss these sales when they settle .
There have been two sales in the last few months .They were both B units (2ndfloors)These sales have been since May 2012.
Prices $115,000-$117,000 one of the units was a bank short sale the other B unit did not have a loft .
It is my opinion we are seeing depreciation in Rivers Bend as far as pricing. Rivers Bend Condos are still a very desirable place to live. Rivers Bend condo units do not stay on the market for long periods of time. I do believe the depreciation is caused by the Short Sales and Bank Foreclosures. I have a list of buyers that would love to purchase here in Rivers Bend .They love the design ,the spacious living quarters and the garages . Most of all they like the fact that Rivers Bend Condominiums are pet friendly. This is something that is hard to find in Northeast Philadelphia .
