It is my opinion Hampton Greens is a very desirable area. Unfortunately like all condo communities it has depreciated in value over the last few years. It does have a wonderful location and is still a fantastic buy. This summer many residents enjoyed the beautiful pool There are also tennis courts for those who love to play the game . It is also a pet friendly community and allows dogs. Now is the time to buy in Hampton Greens .

Great information on the Hampton Greens Condo Community. Our area at one time had a very HOT Condo market now it seems to have cooled quiet a bit. Prices are right but buyers are really having a hard time getting loans on them.
