It is my opinion Bakers Bay is depreciating in value the same as most condo communities in the NE Phila area. It is a beautiful gated waterfront community .If you are in a position to buy now is the time to take advantage of the low low prices and interest rates. Bakers Bay Condo communityhas so much to offer .The river views are breath taking . This is a would have could have buying situation .

Hannah, great localism post that frames the opportunity to buy now to take advantage of low prices and low interest rates. A river view would interest me if I lived in Philly area.
Ed Yes these condos are beautiful and can be bought for a song . I do believe when the market does come back they will be singing loudly with a big profit .
