It is my opinion that Real Estate values are still depreciating in Delaire Landing.There are two bank short sales presently on the market and a bank foreclosure. This may be the beginning of prices declining even more then the have in the past . Delaire Landing Condo is a wonderful gated community with so much to offer their residents. Now is the time to buy in Delaire Landing Condo community. If you are a qualified buyer. Prices are at an all time low as are interest rates. Buyers can get fantastic deals on lovely condos with great amenities.Delaire Landing is a wonderful place to live Take advantage of this market while you can. You will be glad you did .
