Find Your Niche Write Market Reports Free Market Analysis

It is important for the public to read your posts . I have  read that market reports are boring well not to the public . Believe me they are reading them . You will receive many calls from buyers and sellers from market reports .

 

If you do not write markets reports  you should start and within three to nine months you too will start to receive calls if you put time into them. Will they get featured ? Most likely not but is that why we blog ? It is nice to receive featured post and very exciting but that is not the reason we blog .  Well not the reason I blog it is to communicate .

 

 

Find a Niche and write about it . Talk about what is up for sale what has sold Take pictures of the area .  Let readers know what there is to do in the community . What  wonderful places there are to eat around and about  the area  Perhaps you chose a condo community . Do they allow pets ?  Is it close to public transportation .Talk about the schools make it interesting -not boring   Invite your reader's to come back  and be consistent

Niches will bring you riches - offer Free  Market Analysis of their Home it works  Barbara Todaro  recommended it to me and it has worked for me

You are so right and you must constantly write them..my community followers know when I post and they look for my market reports because they know I will be post the first week after the month ( I'm always waiting for agents to close out in the MLS so I have the most accurate numbers)!

Dorie Dillard  There are times I post my reports and right after a new listing appears . It makes me want to add it to the report but the buyers who have called me get an email alerting them . It is mostly the sold units I am concerned about . You are spot on .

Hannah- you are so right about this, and I actually find myself reading market reports for my area just so I have an idea of what's going on. It's not about getting featured or a lot of comments, it's about (as Barbara Todaro would say) marketing like you mean it. Keep that pipeline open.

Hannah, market reports might not get the comments and features but, they sure do get the attention of consumers. I didn't like writing them at first but, now they are a favorite. Hannah I have gone away from Active Rain. But I have written three Market Reports this month alone was a way to try to get my content out there to reach potential home buyers and sellers. So I am hoping in 6-9 months,I will start to bear the fruits of my hard labor. Thanks for sharing.
