Time to look at the values in Pine Tree Farms a subdivision in the Feasterville /Trevose section of Bucks County Pa.What a charming area to live. Surrounded by trees a quaint neighborhood of single homes in the Neshaminy School district.

Just last weekend I was having dinner with family when someone said where could anyone move if they sold a row /townhouse for $225,000 in Philadelphia as an upgrade. Immediately   Feasterville came to mind. You can purchase a nice single house there with a nice yard with or without a basement at a very reasonable price. So let us take a look at one of my favorite areas Pine Tree Farms

Winter is a wonderful time to buy and sell Real Estate in my Profesional opinion. There is less competition. Just last year I suggested to several clients that they put their homes on the market both wanted to wait until Spring thinking they would get more money. They listen to my advice.  Both sellers received numerous agreements of sale for over full price.

The reason for this you may ask? There was not anything else on the market. As I predicted the inventory was low and there was not much to chose from. If they had waited until Spring they would have been in competition with many other houses I do not believe they would have received multiple offers and closed at over full price.  The sellers agreed with me and were glad they listened.

Wondering what you can afford to buy? Please be smart do not start looking until you are pre-qualified by a mortgage banker. Do not do this online give me a call. We have several local mortgage bankers we work with that will sit down with you and give you personal service.

Hi Hannah,
Sounds like Feasterville is a good option for people looking for a good value on a home with some elbow room.

Hi Hannah Williams, finding homes in mid $200's is a challenge, Feasterville sounds like a great area for buyers to explore.

Hi Hannah Williams - What a nice market report for Pine Tree Farms in Feasterville.  Why not move out of the city and into the quiet community of Feasterville.  Clients will be lucky to have a savvy agent like you to help them get their dream home.
