We listen to objections,selections,and rejections. Make sure buyer's are qualified to buy a home.Write offers,counter offers,addendum's.Go to Home inspections,negotiate,calculate,recalculate,discuss options,renegotiate. Prepare the agreements ,get them signed and initialed by all parties .We also see that everyone is in agreement to all the terms and conditions.

Now we wait for the appraisal and hope we get Fair Market Value

In Pennsylvania we get a title report and hope it is free and clear of mortgages,judgments,and liens

We keep everyone calm and help them with any problems they may have in these areas

 

Finally Settlement Day

You forgot to mention the after care!  My clients remain in my life after the sale so I make a point to be available to them and it pays off time and time again with referrals.  I really want all my clients to be happy with their purchase and try to achieve that with each new contact, start to........well are we ever really finished?
